In the frame of the10 years anniversary of the Energy and Climate Change Conference of PROMITHEASnetwork, a three days event took place in Athens, Greece, at Kostis Palamas building, of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens – NKUA, on 11-13 October 2017, under the auspices of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) and the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), celebrating additionally the 25 years of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organization.

The first day hosted the 2nd Forum on Green Energy Investments, with the participation of policy makers and market stakeholders of national and international level.

The second day was dedicated traditionally to the Scientific Sessions of the conference, on Energy and Climate Change issues and policies.

The last day was formed as a brokerage event, presenting the current funded projects and the upcoming funding opportunities from the European Commission.
